Pediatric Speech‑Language Pathologist (Center‑based) – $4,000 SIGN ON BONUS!
Join our team at Autism Care Partners and help children with autism and developmental disabilities communicate effectively. You will work in a center‑based setting, utilizing evidence‑based practices and our exclusive Visual Immersion System™ (VIS).

What You’ll Be Doing
Provide speech‑language services using evidence‑based treatments, including VIS.
Conduct comprehensive evaluations and design individualized Plans of Care.
Collaborate with families and multidisciplinary team members to report progress and promote service carryover.
Document and bill accurately, completing SOAP notes within 24 hours and updating POC at least every six months.
Attend team meetings, SLP team meetings, and regional lead check‑ins.
Adhere to Autism Care Partners policies, privacy regulations, and professional conduct standards.
Education & Experience
Master’s degree in Speech‑Language Pathology
Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) by ASHA or in pursuit of ASHA CCC
State license in Speech‑Language Pathology (location dependent)
Proficiency in autism and developmental disabilities
Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, Windows, Central Reach, etc.)
Familiarity with AAC preferred
Physical Demands
Lift up to 30 lbs and assume various postures while attending active children.
Utilize quick body movements as indicated in the Behavior Intervention Plan.
Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
Visual acuity required.
Additional Requirements
No prior criminal history
Ability to utilize technology and operate basic office equipment
Must be at least 18 years of age
