Position: Physical Therapist – Center Manager Location: Watsonville, CA Compensation: Starting salary $105,000.00 to $125,000.00 (commensurate with experience); $20,000 sign-on bonus; monthly student debt benefit program. Lead and manage a Select Physical Therapy clinic as Center Manager, with responsibility for operations and staff development. Participate in the National Leadership Development Program to prepare for clinic leadership, including 1:1 management training. Champion exceptional patient care and experience, helping patients return to athletics, work, life and the activities they love. Collaborate with a hardworking team to maintain clinic performance and growth across services. Qualifications
Experienced Physical Therapist seeking to advance into operations and clinic management. Willingness to participate in leadership training and development programs. Located in or willing to relocate to Watsonville, CA, or area as required. Benefits & Perks
