Valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice, or eligibility to apply Degree from an accredited physical therapy program Basic computer literacy skills Current CPR certification FOX is a primarily clinician-operated, professional private practice of full-time physical, occupational, and speech therapists, built on the foundation of Geriatric House Calls.
