Pediatrics Nurse Practitioner Job with Erlanger Health in Chattanooga, TN
Erlanger Children's Hospital is accepting applications for a dedicated NP/PA to join our C-HEAL team. The NP/PA will play a key role in the multidisciplinary team at the Childhood Health Eating and Active Living center, a program dedicated to addressing childhood obesity. C-HEAL provides specialized care for children who have not responded to early intervention efforts or who require long-term management of obesity-related co-morbidities.
This position is an outpatient role where you will be responsible for delivering comprehensive, patient-centered care, including conducting assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, managing chronic conditions and providing education and support to patients and their families. This role requires a strong commitment to preventative health, lifestyle medicine and collaborative care.
Education, Training, & Experience
Masters of Science in Medicine of a certified Physician Assistant program or
Masters of Science in Nursing (MSN), Nurse Practitioner
Preferred:
PNP or Pediatric experience preferred
