VillageMD is seeking a Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join our team-based primary care practice in northeast Tucson, AZ. We seek providers who share our passion for excellence and enthusiasm for driving positive change while serving all ages in our community. We offer: Robust clinical and operational support to enable effective patient care Access to clinical leaders, including APP Directors, for knowledge-sharing and professional development Embedded care management and population health teams, including pharmacy and social workers, supporting comprehensive patient care An easy-to-use, optimized EMR system with full telehealth capabilities, including access to a virtual scribe via Suki to reduce administrative burden Flexible scheduling and support for work/life balance Dedicated clinical leadership support, including regular meetings and town halls to foster communication and strong team relationships Personal and professional skills for success: Graduate and certified from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program Two or more years of outpatient clinical experience preferred Comfortable treating pediatric and adult patients, conducting health histories and physical assessments Current, unrestricted license or eligibility for licensure in practicing state Active DEA registration or eligibility Active Medicare/Medicaid enrollment or eligibility to enroll Certification in BLS or ACLS Familiarity with EMR systems; Athena preferred Our Commitment
