To deliver the cures of tomorrow to the people who need them today. Join our team as a Radiation Therapist I/II, where you will play a vital role in delivering radiation therapy to patients according to physician prescriptions and established standards. Your responsibilities may include procedures such as IMRT, SRS, SBRT, TBI, TBE, High Dose Rate Brachytherapy, and CT-based simulations. In addition to patient care, you will provide clinical instruction to students, contributing to their education and development in the field. Join us in providing exceptional care and mentoring the next generation of radiation therapists! Eligible for $20,000 sign-on bonus! Your responsibilities include: Deliver prescribed and planned radiation therapy to patients of all ages. Reinforce healthcare professional recommendations to patients regarding treatment reactions, care of radiated areas, and management of side effects. Perform simulation procedures as prescribed by physicians and assist in dosimetry procedures. Conduct daily quality assurance checks on linear accelerators and report any variations or equipment issues. Your qualifications should include: High School diploma or equivalent; post-secondary vocational or specialized training in an accredited Radiation Therapy Education Program. Graduate of an accredited radiologic technology course plus radiation therapy course
OR
graduate of an accredited Bachelor of Science in Radiation Therapy Program. Licensed by the California State Department of Health (Certified in Radiation Therapy). Certification by the ARRT in Radiation Therapy (CRT). BLS or CPR certification. Note: For candidates with >3 years of experience: Radiation Therapist II (Pay Range: $58.56/hr - $73.20/hr - $87.84/hr). For candidates with
