This position will work directly with the Project Manager to ensure projects are constructed in accordance with contract, design, budget, and schedule requirements. Select Responsibilities: Develop and maintain material tracking logs Research, develop and write detailed RFI’s Perform detailed review and processing of project submittals Coordinate with Design team for efficient responses to submittals and RFI’s Present in weekly project status meetings Assist with project forecasting and month end financial reporting Manage changes and ensure proper distribution of construction documents and/or project scope to ensure that the most current documents are being used Coordinate with project team to ensure materials are available when needed on site Review and verify constructability of plans and specifications Contribute to the buy-out process by requesting and reviewing bids and aligning budgets as necessary to create subcontracts Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management (or related) preferred Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building codes Superior communication skills, both verbal and written Excellent problem-solving abilities Proficient with Microsoft Office and construction management software such as Procore, Primavera P6, Bluebeam, and/or Microsoft Project Seniority level
