Overview

We are seeking an experienced Controls Engineer to design, develop, and implement automation and control systems. The ideal candidate will be responsible for programming, commissioning, and maintaining control systems while ensuring optimal performance and reliability. Key Responsibilities

Design and implement control systems and automation solutions Develop PLC programs and HMI interfaces Configure and program industrial control systems Create control system documentation and specifications Troubleshoot control system issues Commission new control systems Perform system upgrades and modifications Integrate various automation components Develop and maintain SCADA systems Create and maintain control system documentation Provide technical support for operations Conduct system testing and validation Train operators and maintenance staff Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Computer, or Control Systems Engineering 5+ years of experience in industrial controls Strong PLC programming experience Proficiency in HMI development Experience with industrial networks Knowledge of industrial safety systems Understanding of process control Strong problem-solving abilities Excellent communication skills Preferred Qualifications

Master's degree in related field Professional Engineering (PE) license Experience with multiple PLC platforms SCADA system experience Knowledge of robotics Industry-specific certifications Project management experience The ideal candidate will combine strong technical abilities with practical problem-solving skills. Must be able to work independently and as part of a team, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and maintain high standards of quality. Should demonstrate excellent troubleshooting abilities and the capacity to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Experience with specific industry applications is valuable, as is the ability to communicate effectively with operators, maintenance staff, and management.
