The Opportunity As a

Solution Engineer II

on our fast-paced

B2B Solutions Technical Sales Team , you’ll be the technical force behind some of the most innovative visual experiences in the market. You’ll work side-by-side with sales teams, integration partners, and customers to turn big ideas into bold, real-world installations across corporate boardrooms, control centers, universities, and event stages.

Responsibilities

Be the tech powerhouse for your assigned region attending key sales meetings, answering high-stakes technical questions, and designing solutions that wow.

Own the pre- and post-sales experience, from solution design to seamless implementation.

Command the room as a subject matter expert during product demos, pre-sales meetings, and head-to-head solution comparisons.

Collaborate with LG sales, operations, and customer support teams to deliver flawless customer experiences.

Bring LG technology to life at trade shows, partner events, and live demos, handling setup, teardown, and direct customer engagement.

Conduct on-site evaluations to ensure customer facilities are ready for world-class installations.

Capture and deliver Voice of Customer (VOC) insights that help shape the next generation of LG products.

Provide hands-on training and consultation for our integration partners.

Offer high-impact technical support that builds lasting customer trust.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a technical field (preferred).

CTS certification (preferred).

5+ years in technical product and solution sales, ideally in AV, DVLED, collaborative displays, or information display, ideally with a System Integrator.

Ability to decode complex integration drawings for corporate, education, command & control, or post-production projects.

Deep expertise in A/V and IT technologies.

Familiarity with Content Management Systems (CMS) and LG SuperSign Connected Care (preferred).

Exceptional communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.

Proven troubleshooting skills and a track record of getting it done.

Ability to juggle multiple priorities and still hit deadlines.

Willingness to travel extensively across the country while shaping the future of business display technology.

Compensation Recruiting Range:

$90,000—$115,000 USD
