Manufacturing Engineers

apply engineering principles and processes to design innovative, quality components for the customers we serve.

Responsibilities

Lead engineering department and process documents for all fabrication

Oversee programming of all machinery

New SKU creation, routes, and BOMs

Train the programming team on all aspects of new and existing machinery

Develop and design the component parts, and systems

Research and test products to analyze performance, design, and operation of each

Develop current and potential team leaders to become more effective at their current or future roles

Work with operations and sales leaders to effectively handle requests and solve problems

Develop, implement, and uphold Engineering standards and practices

Oversee and assist in team member engagement strategies

Proven Leadership experience in a similar industry

Public speaking ability

Strong organization and time management skills

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering

Auto CAD

SolidWorks

Sigmanest (preferred, not required)

Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications

Travel Travel will be minimal and would be primarily local during the business day.

Work Authorization/Security Clearance Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. This role is not eligible for Visa sponsorship now or in the future.
