As one of the Maintenance leaders within the facility, you will be responsible for making sure all equipment and lines are in efficient and proper working order. Also the inclusion of sharing your experience and knowledge with the entire maintenance staff. Participate in continuous improvement projects, plant operational needs, and ensure production standards are met.
What You'll Be Doing
Produce and maintain a Plant Safety Maintenance program to ensure industry best practices are in place. Proactively lead maintenance staff, and produce the highest quality standards of strategy and operations Supervise and inspect maintenance operations, equipment repairs, and lead shut down/start ups as needed Oversight of department KPIs, Operational objectives, while identifying opportunities to improve performance. Participate in the negotiations between company and labor union representatives to produce a win-win result.
What You'll Need
5+ years of Maintenance leadership experience within a corrugate box facility Preference of a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or 2 year technical degree in Engineering
