Install, maintain, and repair HVAC/R systems in compliance with
EPA, OSHA, and state regulations Diagnose and resolve complex mechanical, electrical, and refrigerant issues Lead and supervise installation teams, providing training and technical guidance Conduct preventive maintenance to improve system performance and lifespan Interpret blueprints, technical manuals, and system schematics Program, troubleshoot, and optimize
Building Automation Systems (BAS) Maintain accurate service records, reports, and inventory logs Ensure customer satisfaction through professional communication and service delivery Qualifications
10+ years of HVAC/R experience, with at least 3 years in a senior or lead role EPA Section 608 Universal Certification
(required) NATE Certification
(preferred) OSHA 10
or
OSHA 30
Safety Certification (preferred) Proficiency in Building Automation Systems (BAS) and energy efficiency practices Strong knowledge of U.S. building codes and industry standards Valid U.S. driver’s license and clean driving record
