Responsibilities

Operate, set up, calibrate, and troubleshoot automated and manual production equipment across multiple lines. Perform basic maintenance, advanced troubleshooting, and minor repairs on equipment as needed. Execute manufacturing tasks including dispensing, packaging, assembly, in-line inspections, and product testing to ensure quality and compliance. Maintain accurate documentation and quality records in accordance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Good Documentation Practices (GDP). Train and mentor production operators while supporting cross-training initiatives. Prepare work areas, verify materials, monitor inventory, and ensure proper waste disposal following applicable safety standards. Adhere to all PPE, safety, and compliance procedures while communicating production issues to supervisors. Support new product builds, pilot runs, and special projects as assigned. How You\'ll Make An Impact

Ensure reliable production output by expertly operating, troubleshooting, and maintaining complex equipment to minimize downtime and maximize efficiency. Uphold product quality and compliance through precise execution of manufacturing tasks, in-line inspections, and strict adherence to GMP/GDP standards. Foster team development and knowledge sharing by training and mentoring fellow operators, strengthening overall team performance. Drive continuous improvement by supporting 5S initiatives, waste reduction, and contributing to process enhancements and new product builds. Enhance workplace safety and accountability by consistently following PPE and safety protocols, and proactively communicating production issues. What You Bring

Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Work Experience: 4+ years related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience. Experienced in operating and/or troubleshooting complex equipment such as automation cells, test fixtures, complex fill lines, etc. Ability to train and mentor production operators. Technical background is highly desirable. Provides feedback on continuous improvement opportunities and cost reductions. Ability to perform production failure analysis. Ability to read, write, comprehend, and follow written instructions. Basic math, problem solving and computer skills; SAP experience is a plus. Experience operating manual, semi-auto and automatic production machinery, preferred. Utilize basic technical skills to troubleshoot equipment. Ability to prioritize work. Accurate and detail-oriented. Team player, flexible, attentive to detail and quality minded. Ability to work a flexible schedule, with overtime and weekends as needed. Total Rewards Package

Compensation

The estimated base salary range for this position is $42,900 to $59,000 at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be provided in writing at the time of offer and is based on factors including geographic location, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, and other permitted factors. This position is eligible for a variable annual bonus, contingent on individual objectives and Company performance. Who We Are
