A respected general contractor in Columbia, SC is hiring a Project Manager to lead multifamily and commercial projects from start to close. The firm has a strong pipeline of $15‑$100M projects and a reputation for high‑quality work. Responsibilities

Lead multifamily or commercial projects from start through completion Review plans, specifications and client requirements Process, review and track submittals and RFIs Prepare subcontractor scope of work letters and initiate change orders Maintain procurement, submittal and RFI logs Manage project deadlines and ensure timelines are met Coordinate with necessary project team members Build relationships with internal and external parties and secure positive client feedback Qualifications

Bachelor of Science in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture or related field Minimum of 5 years of construction‑related project management experience with a general contractor Track record of running $15M+ commercial or multifamily projects Knowledge of construction methods, materials, costing and scheduling Applicable software knowledge Excellent interpersonal, communication and organizational skills Compensation & Benefits
