27214 What You Will Do

Install aftermarket parts and products; perform testing to verify operational standards. Educate customers on maintaining/following a preventative maintenance schedule. Perform scheduled and on-demand maintenance per service work orders. Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic issues; implement repair solutions. Prepare quotes and sales orders for spare parts and consumables. Complete detailed service reports and documentation of all work performed. Communicate clearly with customers regarding findings, service performed, and proactive recommendations to improve up-time. Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and repeat business. Travel domestically and internationally for training, installation, and service assignments. Assist in other service-related duties as needed. Required Education & Experience

High school diploma/GED or equivalent experience. 5+ years of experience as a Service Technician or similar role. Strong mechanical skills, including conveyor repairs, leveling, and replacement of wear items (bearings, chains, sprockets, etc.). Strong electrical skills, including troubleshooting low-voltage systems, electrical panels, and 480V power. Proficiency with pneumatic systems. Ability to read and interpret mechanical and electrical drawings. Familiarity with ABB and Fanuc robotic systems. Skilled in the use of hand and power tools, multi-meters, and diagnostic equipment. Flexible availability to adapt to changing schedules. Excellent communication, organizational, interpersonal, and diagnostic skills. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Willingness to travel 75% of the year throughout North America (U.S., Canada, Mexico); 90% of travel in the U.S. Valid U.S. driver’s license with a clean driving record and reliable transportation.
