They are expanding their testing environment and seeking their first QA Engineer to join their team. Currently, developers perform manual tests; this role will help establish a comprehensive testing process. The position is highly collaborative. The company uses .NET and JavaScript with Azure on the backend. The role involves starting with manual test cases (unit, regression, API) and progressing to automation, requiring skills in JavaScript scripting. Full lifecycle testing experience is ideal. This is a 6-month contract-to-hire role, paying $45-55/hr, onsite 5 days a week in Irving. Required Skills & Experience
4-5+ years of software testing experience Strong understanding of full lifecycle testing Experience with manual and automated testing Experience building test cases – unit, regression, database, API Knowledge of testing .NET applications Proficiency in JavaScript and/or C# scripting Desired Skills & Experience
Bachelor's or Master's in an IT-related field (plus) Azure experience (plus) Strong communication and collaboration skills Responsibilities
