What You’ll Do Adhere to Project Schedule Adhere to Project Budget Manage/Supervise Contractors and Equipment Installation Develop documentation for specification and purchasing of equipment and trades Conduct detailed conceptual and design engineering Regularly communicate with Stakeholders through Steering Committee Responsible for implementing and monitoring Henkel’s environmental initiatives to enable innovative and economical green methods across Henkel facilities in North America Play a key role in developing, driving, and evaluating projects to reduce energy and water usage along with waste generation to help Henkel achieve Sustainability 2030 targets - zero CO2 emission from operations, zero waste water discharge and zero production waste What makes you a good fit

Bachelor\'s degree or above in engineering, or related field with 8+ years of experience, with 5+ focused on project sustainability services in industrial contexts Experience preparing engineering project-specific and program-wide sustainability plans Ability to interpret and synthesize information from multiple sources in the context of technical, regulatory, and other requirements Benefits

The salary for this role is

$98,000.00 - $125,000.00 . This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range may be modified in the future. Equal Opportunity
