We’re hiring a
Machinist
to join our growing production team.
Reporting to the Shop Manager , you’ll work hands‑on with CNC mills and lathes, produce precision components, and help expand our capabilities into new programs and markets. This role is ideal for someone ready to take ownership, learn advanced processes, and grow in a modern, fast‑moving shop. What You’ll Do
Set up and operate
CNC mills and lathes
(3‑axis, 4‑axis, and live‑tooling turning). Interpret
engineering drawings, blueprints, and GD&T requirements . Perform
first‑article and in‑process inspections
to ISO 9001 standards. Maintain
tight tolerances
(±0.0002") for aerospace‑grade precision. Collaborate with engineering on
design‑for‑manufacturability
and tooling improvements. Support
rapid prototypes, short runs, and production jobs
with consistent quality. Keep the shop organized, efficient, and production‑ready. Our Capabilities
We run precision parts from prototype through production using: CNC Machining:
3‑axis & 4‑axis milling, live‑tooling turning EDM:
Wire & sinker for complex geometries Prototyping:
Fast iterations to validate design intent Production Runs:
Low‑to‑mid‑volume with repeatable precision Finishing:
Anodizing, powder coat, passivation, paint, engraving Assembly & Welding:
Light mechanical assembly, TIG/MIG Engineering & Advisory:
Manufacturability, sourcing, and supply chain guidance What You Bring
3+ years of CNC machining experience (setup + operation) Strong knowledge of
Fanuc or Haas controls Solid understanding of materials, tooling, and feeds/speeds Skilled with micrometers, calipers, height gauges, and CMM inspection Reliable, detail‑driven, and comfortable owning results High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification and/or trade school preferred What We Offer
