The Multi Domain Solutions Division at Leidos is seeking a Quality Assurance Engineer to support a fast-paced program with the Air Force Life Cycle Management Center. This role involves ensuring the delivery of comprehensive IT and support services to support mission success while complying with DoD standards and regulations. The QA Engineer will ensure that systems, hardware, and components meet quality standards and support internal quality processes. Primary Responsibilities

Collaborate with the Program Manager to develop strategies, goals, tasks, roles, responsibilities, and information needs for QA surveillance. Serve as the program's QA lead for planning, work product reviews, and quality audits. Implement and maintain the Quality Assurance Program Plan (QAPP). Support Quality Management Reviews by reporting on quality achievements and progress. Update the program's Tailored Process Baseline (TPB) as needed. Review and contribute to program plans and documents for timely and accurate deliverables. Conduct quality audits, report results, and maintain the audit database. Develop, document, and execute test plans, cases, and scripts in line with DoD standards. Ensure the program meets DoD SLAs and SLOs through performance, functionality, and security testing. Identify and mitigate risks to ensure compliance with CMMI levels and quality standards. Review solutions for adherence to CMMI and DoD processes throughout SDLC. Evaluate software, hardware, and system performance against metrics and compliance requirements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure QA activities support program success. Generate test reports, track defects, and update DoD leadership on progress. Ensure compliance with security standards like DISA STIGs and FISMA during testing. Manage the program's Quality Management System (QMS) and create Quality Assurance Plans (QAP). Implement audit practices for internal processes and products. Maintain compliance with PWS, SLAs/SLOs, ISO 9001:2015, and other standards. Basic Qualifications

US Citizen with at least a Top Secret clearance and ability to obtain SCI. Bachelor’s Degree with 8+ years of experience or Master’s with 6+ years; additional experience can substitute for education. Deep knowledge of DoD standards (NIST, FISMA, RMF, DISA STIGs) and security protocols. Experience with SLAs/SLOs in managed services and DoD programs. Experience testing in a CMMI environment. Understanding of software development methodologies (Agile, Waterfall) and project management. Preferred Qualifications

Advanced knowledge of NIST 800-53, DISA STIG, RMF, and cloud platforms like AWS GovCloud, Azure Gov. Knowledge of software quality metrics and DoD service contract performance evaluations. Additional Details

Original Posting: April 21, 2025 Pay Range: $89,700 - $162,150, based on experience and qualifications.
