This challenging role requires experience in designing electrical distribution systems, power systems, and lighting systems for commercial and educational facilities. Responsibilities include branch circuit and feeder calculations, equipment specification, and emergency power system layout. The ideal candidate should possess a client-oriented mindset and creative problem-solving skills. Your Responsibilities
Prepare and oversee electrical power system designs, including single line diagrams, wiring, and circuitry layouts. Coordinate designs and drawings for plant electrical systems to comply with standards and codes. Review supplier drawings for conformity with specifications and compatibility. Collaborate with clients, vendors, contractors, architects, and electrical engineers. Develop precise product designs adhering to drafting and company standards. Review vendor design documents for compliance. Perform quality assurance on electrical and control engineering deliverables. Manage project budgets and schedules, coordinating multidisciplinary teams. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field (preferred). P.E. Professional Engineering License. Minimum of 4 years of experience with an engineering consulting firm. Proficiency in Revit 2021/2022 and AutoCAD. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Excellent communication skills. Effective time management and organizational skills. Additional Details
