Manage healthcare design projects from concept through construction Lead internal teams and coordinate consultants Drive schedules, budgets, and QA/QC standards Maintain strong client relationships and represent the firm in key meetings Ensure regulatory compliance and healthcare design best practices Support proposal development and business development efforts Required Qualifications
8+ years of architecture experience Licensed Architect (Wisconsin license preferred) Proficiency in Revit and project management software Experience with healthcare compliance Strong communication, leadership, and coordination skills Salary & Benefits
