Job Description The Manufacturing Engineer is responsible for developing and optimizing manufacturing capabilities to ensure maximum productivity and quality. This role involves designing and validating manufacturing processes, recommending and implementing capital equipment solutions, and collaborating closely with cross‑functional teams both internally and with customers and suppliers. The engineer will evaluate new product designs for manufacturability, apply statistical methods for process validation, and support continuous improvement initiatives. Additionally, the role includes preparing technical documentation, maintaining engineering standards, and ensuring customer requirements are met through effective communication and support of PPAP activities.
Responsibilities
Develop and optimize manufacturing processes to enhance productivity and quality
Design and validate manufacturing processes
Recommend and implement capital equipment solutions
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, customers, and suppliers
Evaluate new product designs for manufacturability
Apply statistical methods for process validation
Support continuous improvement initiatives
Prepare technical documentation and maintain engineering standards
Ensure customer requirements are met, supporting PPAP activities
Pay And Benefits The pay range for this position is $36.00 - $44.00/hr.
