Sr. Electrical Engineer, Power Electronics Test & Validation We are seeking a Sr. Engineer for the Test & Validation Power Electronics team. The ideal candidate has a can-do attitude, demonstrates excellence in their field, learns quickly, and strives for high quality in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities

Strong understanding of power electronics topologies and control. Review schematics, PCB designs, and perform calculation and simulation of power electronics converters. Conduct verification and validation tests for power electronics systems, ensuring compliance with industry standards and project requirements. Hands-on testing and troubleshooting of power electronics systems using lab equipment (battery simulators, power supplies, electronic loads, oscilloscope, etc.). Analyze root causes and independently drive R&D activities. Communicate complex concepts clearly with strong technical writing and collaboration skills. Qualifications

Master’s or Ph.D. degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Electronics, or related field. 3+ years of experience in power electronics development and testing (preferred). Solid understanding of power electronics fundamentals. Knowledge of automotive and industrial environmental reliability requirements (GMW, ISO, IEC standards). Salary and Benefits

The compensation range for this position is location-specific and reflects Lucid’s pay practices, factoring in knowledge, skills, experience, education, certifications, and other relevant factors.
