Base pay range : $100,000.00/yr - $150,000.00/yr Base Pay + Uncapped Commission + Fast Installs

Proactively identify and engage potential customers by generating leads through door-to-door outreach, referrals, networking, and participation in industry events Clearly communicate the financial and environmental advantages of solar energy, while guiding clients through available incentives, tax credits, and rebates Present personalized solar proposals that address client needs, handle questions or concerns, and negotiate favorable terms to close contracts Work closely with the sales team to meet and exceed both individual and team sales targets, sharing strategies and best practices Build strong, long-term client relationships by offering outstanding customer service throughout the sales cycle, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business Requirements
Proven experience in sales management, team leadership, or a similar role Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team Excellent organizational and time-management skills Knowledge of the solar industry or door-to-door sales is a plus, but not required Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Benefits
