Quality Assurance Engineer II
US East Office (Jacksonville, FL) - Hybrid weekly schedule

Overview The QA Engineer role encompasses manual and automated testing. QA is involved in every step of the development cycle on close, agile teams. From reviewing and estimating requirements with developers and product owners, manual and automated regression testing, through to signing off on releasing our product; QA’s input, skill, and product knowledge are a valued part of the process.
What You’ll Do
Identify test scope, digging deep into a complex product
Exploratory manual testing
Write and maintain automated regression tests with Playwright
Review automation results for defects and report them
Follow Scrum/Agile practices for testing on an Agile team
Critical thinking and problem solving
Strong math and analytical skills
Improve documentation and training resources
Lead and communicate the testing scope within your team
Collaborate with other QA Engineers, developers, and Product Owners
Able to work independently
Dive in and learn the product deeply, own your part of the product and be aware of how all the components work together across the entire system
Cultivate a continuous growth mindset!
What You Bring
Bachelor’s degree in a Computer Science discipline or equivalent work experience
3-5 years’ experience testing in an Agile environment
Strong communication skills and attention to detail
Jira and X-ray experience or similar technology
Able to run and debug automation tests in JavaScript or TypeScript
Able to write automation tests
Understanding of Playwright, Puppeteer, and/or Jasmine testing frameworks
Fast learners and hard workers!
Experience with AWS or Azure cloud development platforms
Analytical data or math background
