Your Tasks: This position will manage deployment and support of manufacturing applications, MES, LIMS for Miltenyi business processes. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Ensure the successful completion of analytical, building, testing, compliance and deployment tasks within Miltenyi. Analyze and document requirements in detail and design and document the best fit system or modifying existing systems and applications. Operate and support implemented system. Document and support application Installation/Operation qualification. Test applications and interface changes before setting up users for testing. Train key users on software quality assurance processes, collecting and reviewing test results. Key support for all deployed applications working jointly with the Global IT Applications team. Manage the application lifecycle and evolutions. Deploy, improve and manage application monitoring. Support key applications within an R&D and GMP Manufacturing environment for continued growth and success of Miltenyi Biotec. Work with the Quality department educating system owners on their responsibilities. Coordinate activities with different IT groups. Moderate Travel requirements. Support Corporate change control and project processes. Perform other duties as assigned. Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in in Business Administration, Computer Science, Biology or a related field; 5-8 years’ experience supporting manufacturing applications in an information technology or production/lab support capacity or a minimum of 3 years of relevant consulting or operations experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Proven experience supporting IT infrastructure and driving changes on networking, device, Active Directory, IT security, computer System Validation in GMP compliant environment. Experience with lab software, LIMS, MES, Historian, ERP. Experience with Siemens OpCenter MES 2+ years. Experience with Siemens TeamCenter Quality is a plus. Database management experience ideally SQL Server, PostgreSQL. Basic programming on Python or other language. Experience training users and driving change adoption among various user communities, including technicians, engineers, scientists, and management level employees. Ability to self-train on information technology systems such as ERP, MES, LIMS and other systems using documentation and testing. Ability to engage with Senior management and understand executive communication. Excellent MS Office skills. ITIL (V3 and above) and Agile/Scrum knowledge.
