Clinical Supervisor

to provide comprehensive clinical supervision and oversight of service delivery for Respite clients. Eliot’s Respite program is a short term restorative service that assists adults with mental illness in obtaining and maintaining community living. In the role of a Clinical Supervisor you will help guide the services and clinical care of the clients utilizing evidence based practices that align with the preferences and needs of the client. Responsibilities: Provide clinical supervision and oversight of Respite service delivery, including staff guidance, intervention modeling, and adherence to culturally competent, strength-based practices Complete intakes, assessments, crisis plans, and coordinate admission. Oversee development and implementation of Individualized Action Plans that are consumer-centered, recovery-focused, and aligned with clinical best practices Deliver direct clinical interventions and facilitate therapeutic and skills-based groups using approaches such as CBT, DBT, and integrated dual diagnosis treatment Support staff development through training, supervision, and clinical leadership while serving as on-call clinical backup for crisis situations and consumer care needs Qualifications: Requires a Master’s degree in Psychology or related field At least four years experience working adults experiencing severe mental illness Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm $50,000 - $55,000 USD At Eliot, we are committed to supporting you at every stage of your career, providing opportunities for growth, purpose, and community.
