Your job, as Analytical Chemistry Scientist I within Global MSAT (Manufacturing Sciences, Analytics, and Technology), will utilize advanced bioanalytical tools with a focus on chromatography and biophysical based techniques to support 2nd generation process development for biologics DS, Commercial product and analytical LCM.

Main Responsibilities
Provide analytical support to Process Science, Manufacturing and other groups including analytical testing for HPLC, electrophoresis, spectroscopy and compendial methods
Plan and perform experimental procedures across multiple projects and document the work in an electronic lab notebook. Integrate, compile, analyze, and interpret data with minimal supervision.
Ensure timely completion and delivery of all analytical results and documentation to support second generation projects, process improvements, investigations, Degradation Pathway study, Comparability and Technical Transfer studies.
Responsible for authoring procedures and technical documentation and presenting experimental outcomes to supervisors and collaborators.
Lead and contribute to the establishment of analytical and characterization methods.
Maintain laboratory equipment, analytical reagents, and workspaces to ensure operational readiness and compliance with safety standards.
About You Basic Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Analytical Chemistry, Biochemistry, or other relevant discipline with 5+ years of professional experience, or Master’s degree with 3+ years, or PhD with at least 1 year of relevant professional experience.
Experienced with iLab Electronic Lab Notebook and Empower applications
Proven proficiency in physicochemical methods such as HPLC, CE, SDS-PAGE, and spectroscopy.
Well-organized, self-motivated, hard-working and detail-oriented individual able to work successfully in both a team/matrix environment as well as independently
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
Hands-on experience with UPLC/HPLC, CE, cIEF or other protein separation techniques.
Experienced with chromatographic software applications such as Empower.
Proficient in surfactant analysis and glycan profiling, with extensive hands-on experience.
Demonstrated success in applying physicochemical techniques to solve complex analytical and characterization challenges.
Must be organized, efficient, and able to work according to timelines.
Experienced with executing assays in a GLP regulated pharmaceutical or biotechnology setting.
