Job Description :
In this pivotal role, your expertise will guide one-on-one therapy services to patients in their homes, crafting a significant impact on their recovery and wellbeing. Duties will span from assessing patient needs, sculpting individualized treatment plans, conducting therapy sessions, and vigilantly tracking patient progress.

Qualifications :
Current licensure, or eligibility for licensure, as a Physical Therapist in NJ. Graduate from an accredited physical therapy program. Stellar communication skills, paired with a genuine, patient-centered approach. Capability to proficiently manage a varied caseload.
