Responsibilities
Practice is weekday outpatient primary care: 4 days in clinic; one day of admin remote.
Collaborate with a terrific team of physicians from all specialties, integrated behavioral health clinicians, community health advocates, nurse practitioners, nurse case managers, and medical leadership.
Lead your team with a dedicated bilingual Medical Assistant and RN.
Enhance your cultural competency working with our diverse multi-cultural patient population.

Since 1968, our innovative Federally Qualified Health Center has provided opportunity for service and leadership.
We have 550 employees serving 80,000 patients at our neighborhood-based clinics in Providence.
Our clinics are Patient-Centered Medical Homes. Resources include community advocates, on-site Integrated Behavioral Health counselors, and Clinical Pharmacists.
We have 8 primary care clinics; a clinic dedicated to homeless healthcare; and a clinic dedicated to patients with severe-persistent mental illness. In addition, PCHC specialty clinics include Podiatry, Optometry, Dental, Rheumatology; Asthma-Allergy.

Qualifications and Skills Physicians:
Board-certified or board-eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
Licensed/eligible in Rhode Island
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
Multi-lingual highly valued.
Nurse Practitioners:
3+ years of Primary Care Experience
Interest in community health and patient-centered care
Licensed/eligible in Rhode Island
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
Multi-lingual highly valued.
