Your Role & Impact:

Assess patients in need of speech and language rehabilitation. Provide direct patient care to improve communication and swallowing abilities. Develop & administer individualized treatment programs with achievable goals. Educate and support patients and families in their therapy journey. Maintain accurate documentation, progress notes, and reports. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver the best patient-centered care. Uphold confidentiality, HIPAA, and Federal Resident Rights compliance.

What You Bring to the Team:

Accredited Speech-Language Pathologist Degree

Valid VA State License & Registration

Passion for Long-Term & Geriatric Care
