LOCATION: Banner Imaging Camino Del Sol- 13909 W Camino Del Sol, Ste 101, Sun City West, AZ 85375 Banner Imaging Estrella 200- 9305 W Thomas Rd Ste 200, Phoenix, AZ 85037 Banner Imaging Lakes- 10474 W. Thunderbird Blvd., Ste 100, Sun City, AZ 85351 Banner Imaging Palm Valley- 13555 W McDowell Rd, Ste 106, Goodyear, AZ 85395 Banner Imaging Peoria- 13640 N Plaza Del Rio Blvd, Ste 105, Peoria, AZ 85381 Banner Imaging Sunwest- 5757 w Thunderbird Rd. Ste W100, Glendale, AZ 85306 SHIFTS: Full Time- 40 Hours Monday- Friday Saturday (1 every few months) 6:30 am to 5:30 pm (varying hours dependant on site) Weekend Shift Differential ADDITIONAL JOB DETAILS: Screening and Diagnostic Mammograms Will train to perform Scanner QC Will train to perform stereotactic biopsy exams Manage patient schedule Work closely with Radiologist and other Technologists Work on Hologic 3D Mammogram Units EQUIPMENT/SOFTWARE FUJI Aspire Cristalle 3D Hologic 3D mammogram unit. Medical imaging plays a pivotal role in the delivery of excellent patient care at Banner Health. From detection and diagnosis to the treatment of illnesses and abnormalities, Banner Health’s varied medical imaging and radiology services help physicians establish and execute individualized treatment plans. Position Summary This position performs prescribed procedures in accordance with department/facility policies, procedures and protocols. Core Functions Performs procedures by following and verifying referring providers’ orders. Educates patients/families regarding procedure and/or treatment to be performed. Produces high quality images and prepares/presents them with other pertinent patient information for timely interpretation. Demonstrates competence in performing prescribed invasive/interventional procedures if applicable. Performs and evaluates equipment quality control measurements. Minimum Qualifications Requires national certification from the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) and licensure by the state regulatory agency as applicable.
