MUSC Health . Responsibilities

The MRI Technologist, under the direction of the Radiologist and Radiology Director, performs all MRI procedures in accordance with ACR, ARRT, state regulations, and departmental policies. Ensure patient safety and comfort during procedures. Operate sophisticated MRI equipment with high technical skill and provide patient care appropriate for all demographics. Other duties as deemed necessary. Qualifications

Education: Graduate of an approved and accredited ARRT program; graduate of an approved and accredited MRI program. Experience: 3-5 years of experience in MRI preferred. Licenses/Certificates: Current American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT); MRI certification required (ARRT-MR); CPR certification required; SCRQSA preferred. Additional Job Description
