Provide behavioral health counseling services. Conduct patient assessments and establish therapy treatment goals. Administer individual and group therapy. Maintain thorough and confidential records of observations. Evaluate progress and effectiveness of therapy interventions. Provide patient with information regarding resources and therapeutic activities in the community. Work directly with the patient, family, physician and community providers to ensure active and collaborate care from the initiation of treatment to the time of discharge. Requirements
Licensure / Certification / Registration: One or more of the following required: Clinical Counselor credentialed from the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date. Therapist specializing in Marriage & Family credentialed from the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date. Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) credentialed from the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation obtained prior to hire date or transfer date. Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) credentialed from the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date. Social Worker specializing in Clinical Practice credentialed from the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date. BLS Provider preferred. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted. Education
High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Technical degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required. Additional Preferences
A Master's Degree and LSW/LPC or LCSW/LCPC required Flexible Day Shift-Monday and Wednesday until 7:00 pm Experience working with Neurodivergent Individuals HIGHLY preferred Why Join Our Team
