Position Details FTE: 1.0, Shift: Day, Schedule: Day This role involves working with clients aged 6-25 in the office and at schools. Preferred candidates have 1+ years of experience working with children and youth. Potential sign-on bonus up to $5,000! Position Summary The Mental Health Professional provides counseling and case management services. You will maintain a caseload, deliver interventions within established guidelines, and advocate for your patients. Responsibilities Provide person-centered counseling, advocacy, and case management Develop treatment plans reflecting patient input, strategies, and outcomes Meet documentation and authorization standards Tailor clinical services to meet diverse needs Contribute to organizational success and perform additional duties as needed Requirements Master’s degree in a related field Licensed or certified as a Mental Health Professional per HB 1724, including roles such as psychiatrist, psychologist, social worker, mental health counselor, marriage and family therapist, or agency-affiliated counselor Previous experience in mental health counseling preferred Valid driver’s license and safe driving record may be required depending on area Compensation & Benefits Salary range: $34.46 - $49.60/hour. Benefits include medical, dental, retirement, and paid time off. Compensation is influenced by experience, skills, and certifications. Pay may vary if unionized. Additional Details
