Join Our Team as an On-Site Speech-Language Pathologist in Ann Arbor, MI. Start ASAP for the 25/26 school year. Full-time (35 hours/week) with open to part-time options. Grade levels include Pre-K through 12 (may cover more than one campus). Location: 100% On-Site. Compensation: Starting at $42/hour (commensurate with experience). We are hiring licensed clinicians in Michigan or providing support to obtain licensure and expand qualifications for this role. Key Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive assessments of students' speech, language, and communication abilities. Develop individualized therapy plans and goals based on assessment results and students' needs. Provide direct therapy services addressing articulation, phonology, language comprehension, fluency, and pragmatic skills. Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other members of the educational team to support students\' communication goals in the classroom and other settings. Incorporate evidence-based techniques and therapeutic activities into therapy sessions to promote development. Monitor progress and adjust therapy plans to achieve optimal outcomes. Document therapy sessions, progress reports, and other relevant information accurately and timely. Participate in IEP meetings and provide input regarding students\' speech and language needs. Qualifications

Master\'s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (MI) Current ASHA Certification required Experience providing speech-language therapy in school or pediatric settings Proficiency with assessment tools and techniques used in pediatric SLP Excellent communication and collaboration skills with students, parents, and school staff Knowledge of AAC systems and assistive technology (preferred) Benefits
