Clinical Responsibilities:
Obtain and review patient's medical and psychosocial history relevant to care.
Conduct physical examinations according to guidelines.
Order and review laboratory studies and diagnostic procedures, including ECGs.
Provide Preventive Medicine Counseling, Program counseling, and Product and Supplement Education.
Follow prescription guidelines per the collaborative agreement with the supervising physician.
Maintain documentation in the EMR according to standards.
Review patient progress and manage care accordingly.
Facilitate referrals to other healthcare professionals and facilities.
Conduct follow-up calls to discuss progress and address concerns.
General Responsibilities:
Review weekly reports and KPIs to oversee clinical operations and mentor staff.
Serve as the liaison for medical and clinical affairs at locations.
Participate in training initiatives and serve as in-house trainer.
Improve clinical operations' efficiency and effectiveness.
Develop strategies to enhance patient experience.
Participate in launching new programs, services, and products.
Manage projects effectively with strong project management skills.
