Are you an exceptional SLP with a passion for making a difference? ESS Clinical is seeking dedicated CCC Speech Language Pathologists for the 2025-2026 school year in Cecil County Public Schools. This is an in-person SLP position.
Pay $66-$73/hr ,
W2 and 1099 options ,
No non-competes in our contracts .
We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Speech Language Pathologist to join our team of professionals in our school-based settings. The ideal candidate will be responsible for evaluating, diagnosing, and treating speech, language, and communication disorders.
Requirements
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
State licensure in Speech-Language Pathology
Experience in school-based setting preferred but not required
Role Responsibilities
Conduct assessments and provide therapy to students with speech and language disorders
Develop and implement treatment plans to address students' individual needs
Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to promote students' academic and social success
Monitor and document student progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
Participate in IEP meetings and maintain compliance with state and federal regulations
