Family Medicine - Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
Providence Medical Group's North Coast Clinic in Seaside, Oregon is seeking a board-certified/board-eligible Family Medicine nurse practitioner or physician associate/physician assistant to join the team. This is an unpaneled/embedded APP position at a full-spectrum primary care clinic. The clinic offers team-based care, EPIC EMR, and easy access to Providence Seaside Hospital. Position Details: Full-time position Schedule: 4 days per week; 10-hour days Outpatient care only; no call Unpaneled/embedded position structured to be 2/3 patient facing and 1/3 team desktop coverage Patient-centered medical home model with co-located providers, MAs, and patient relations specialists Team support includes social work, a psychologist, 2 psychiatric nurse practitioners, a dietitian, and a PharmD Access to full specialty care for Providence North Coast patients (Obstetrics and Gynecology, Pediatrics, General Surgery, Orthopedics, Cardiology, Hematology/Oncology) Collaborative, collegial environment in an established practice Compensation & Benefits: Generous guaranteed salary and incentives Sign-on bonus and relocation assistance available Standard Employed Provider Benefits Package (PTO, Health, Life, Dental, Vision, Disability, Malpractice) CME, licenses, dues, subscriptions, and board certification expenses paid NHSC-approved site location Active site application on file with the Oregon Office of Rural Health for provider loan incentive programs Qualifications & Requirements: Physician assistants/physician associates: at least 1 year of post-licensure experience New graduates (nurse practitioners) are welcome to apply Where You’ll Work Providence North Coast Clinic operates in Seaside, Cannon Beach and Warrenton, with outpatient infusion, rehabilitation services, and specialty clinics in Seaside and Astoria.
