They are responsible for improving operational effectiveness through refining procedures or business processes to optimize validations. The engineer is a key resource for new product and machine validations, providing subject matter expertise. Main Responsibilities: Create, manage, and improve the Master Validation Plan; design protocols with proper sampling, experiments, and statistical rationale. Conduct validation or qualification tests on equipment, processes, or software per protocols or standards. Conduct sterilization validations and support activities related to the sterilization plan. Develop and manage aging studies for packaging, including testing, data analysis, and documentation. Leverage software such as Word, Excel, SAP, Minitab for data management and analysis. Provide analysis and interpretation of report data. Lead Risk Analysis. Responsible for KPI improvement on the production floor. Serve as SME for Change Control. Perform additional duties as directed. Education and Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field. Four to six years of experience in the Quality field. Experience in a manufacturing environment preferred. Green/Black Belt Certification or Lean Manufacturing training preferred. Experience with Medical Devices, ISO 13485, sterilization, and Minitab is a plus. If you believe this is the next step in your career, we encourage you to apply.
