Base pay range
$38.00/hr - $45.00/hr Qualified applicants should know/experience
2+ years as a Field Service Engineer or Technician working with CNC Machines (working with Makino, YCM, Fanuc preferred). Knowledge of CNC programming, PLCs, servo drives, and control systems. Excellent problem solving skills with the ability to read blueprints, schematics and use diagnostic tools. Key Responsibilities
Perform on-site installations, preventative maintenance and repairs on CNC Machine Tools, including diagnostics of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic systems. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently, minimizing downtime for customers. Provide training and technical support to clients, ensuring optimal machine performance and safety. Document service activities, parts usage, and recommendations in our CRM system. Collaborate with sales and engineering teams to identify opportunities and continuous improvements. Adhere to company and industry safety standards. Travel within Oregon and occasionally beyond to customer sites. Qualifications Also Include
Must have a clean driving record and a valid drivers license. Must have a US Passport or equivalent. Must have your own reliable transportation and willing to travel local/regional. Must be able to safely lift to 50lbs. Why Join Us
