We offer: $110,000 - $250,000+ a year Performance Bonuses Volume Bonuses Best Commission Structure in the Area Factory Incentives Full-time Position Full Family Benefits – Medical, Dental, Vision, and Life Insurance 401(k) Plan Paid Vacation / Sick Time Employee Discounts on Products & Services Supportive Management Team Opportunity for Advancement within Mills Auto Group Responsibilities – Sales Manager: Lead and develop the sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales goals Recruit, train, and coach sales staff to maximize performance Drive showroom and digital traffic through innovative sales strategies Maintain top-tier Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) scores Collaborate with Finance, Service, and upper management to streamline operations Monitor inventory levels and assist in pricing strategies Oversee sales processes to ensure compliance and efficiency Perform daily follow-ups to cultivate repeat and referral business Requirements – Sales Manager: Automotive Sales Manager experience required Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales goals Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Ability to motivate and mentor a sales team Experience with dealership CRM/DMS systems preferred Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record High level of integrity, professionalism, and customer focus We are an Equal Opportunity Employer.
