ARMHS Mental Health Practitioner – Residential Services of NE MN This part‑time Mental Health Practitioner position is located in Duluth, MN as part of the Adult Rehabilitative Mental Health Services (ARMHS) program. The role focuses on supporting adults living with mental illness within their homes or in the community.

Benefits Salary: $21.00–$22.00 per hour.

Responsibilities As an ARMHS Practitioner, you will work with adults living with mental illness, providing support within their home or in the community and working on their Individual Treatment Plan goals. You’ll also help create Individual Treatment Plans and ensure that they are implemented, reviewed, revised as necessary. You’ll work closely with RSI’s ARMHS Treatment Director for continued guidance and instruction.

Shifts: This position offers 15–25 hours per week. Evenings and weekends depending on client needs.

Qualifications

To pass a post‑offer background and MVR check.

A valid driver’s license with no restriction and a working vehicle.

At least 30 semester hours or 45 quarter hours in behavioral sciences or a related field and 2,000 hours of experience with individuals with mental illness, substance use disorder, traumatic brain injury, or developmental disabilities; or

At least 30 semester hours or 45 quarter hours in behavioral sciences or a related field and completion of a practicum or internship focused on behavioral sciences or a related field that required direct interaction with individuals served; or

4,000 hours of experience in the delivery of services to individuals with mental illness, substance use disorder, traumatic brain injury, or developmental disabilities; or

2,000 hours of experience providing services to individuals with mental illness, substance use disorder, traumatic brain injury, or developmental disabilities and receipt of treatment supervision at least once per week until obtaining 4,000 hours of experience; or

A master’s or other graduate degree in behavioral sciences or a related field.
