Job Description

Seeking a
Project Analyst
who will be responsible for the administrative process of Q3 Contracting’s
5G network projects.
Position Expectations
Answer customer calls and inquiries
Data entry task in various programs
Complete and process necessary documentation
Maintain various Excel & Smartsheet tracking sheets
Provide updates on design and construction to cell carriers on weekly/biweekly meetings
Review one-line and load information to ensure distribution is sized properly
Review plats and easement to ensure land rights are secured
Escalate customer projects as needed to meet their installation timelines
Other duties as assigned
Position Requirements
Excellent analytical skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
Problem solving skills
Ability to prioritize and plan work activities to be effective and efficient
Must be comfortable and effective working in an environment with changing demands, delays and responding to unexpected situations
Ability to maintain and protect confidential information
Proficient user of Microsoft applications including Word, Excel and Outlook
Excellent verbal and written communication skills required; ability to maintain a high level of professionalism when interacting with all customers (internal/external)
