The Role We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Enterprise Account Executive – Agentic AI Technology Specialist to focus on selling our Agentic related technology solutions (Machine Identity Security, Data Access Security, Agent Identity Security) into our enterprise accounts. This is an overlay sales role supporting direct sellers. The role is critical in driving adoption of these innovative solutions and requires experience selling across IT stakeholders, combining identity or cybersecurity experience with agentic technologies and/or data architecture governance.

Consultative seller who deeply understands how to discover mutual alignment between business value and technology solutions.

Works across various personas within IT, ideally with experience in cybersecurity/identity and modern cloud architectures.

Develops strong relationships and can operate at all levels – from executives to individual contributors.

Understands how to scale and can empower other account resources to deliver positive business outcomes.

Utilizes analytical tools and complex data to drive programs and plays.

Has worked as a specialist sales executive (overlay, co‑prime, etc) in a dynamic team‑based matrix selling environment.

Can demonstrate expertise in presenting the value of SailPoint’s Agentic Technology solutions versus competitors and the broader product set.

Provides a superior customer experience from the first discovery call, leveraging competitive positioning and partner services.

Develops territory and opportunity plans to progress from discovery to the next sales stages.

Builds internal programs and enablement to scale the sales organization around the Agentic product set.

Works closely with leadership to optimize sales strategies.

Upholds SailPoint’s culture by reflecting our 4I’s values.

Responsibilities

Exceed revenue quota goals on a quarterly and yearly basis.

Address each customer’s and partner’s unique inquiries with tailored solutions that align with their data, AI, and identity intelligence needs.

Engage customers and business partners to maintain high service levels aligned with SailPoint’s core values.

Collaborate with marketing to develop and execute partner‑focused plans for the Identity Intelligence market.

Follow up with customers and partner with the post‑sale team to ensure ongoing coverage of accounts, including new sales opportunities.

Oversee the entire sales cycle: qualification, presentations, demonstrations, RFP responses.

Build deep understanding of territory, including customers, prospects, partners, influencers, and competitors, focused on Identity Intelligence.

Communicate all product and technology strategies of competitors in the SailPoint market space.

Navigate discussions across all levels of a customer’s organization, from business stakeholders to technical decision‑makers.

Utilize reporting tools with accurate forecasting and Salesforce hygiene.

Develop and deliver internal training and enablement programs for primary Account Executives, Customer Success Managers, and Business Development teams.

Collaborate on strategic account plans incorporating Agentic Technology solutions.

Build internal programs to foster collaboration between the Identity Intelligence Specialist team and the broader sales organization.

Compensation Base salary for US-based employees: $109,200 – $156,000 – $202,800. Potential for bonus and equity participation.

Education Preferred but not required: Bachelor’s degree or global equivalent in an IT, business, or sales related field.
