For Director

College or university degree with at least 6 semester hours in Early Childhood Education or related field.

10+ years in early childhood, with at least 5 years in a leadership or managerial role.

Strong knowledge of child development and developmentally appropriate practices.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Must meet all state educational and licensing requirements for Director.

For Assistant Director

College coursework or degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred.

At least 1–2 years of early childhood experience, preferably in a leadership or administrative role.

Strong organizational skills and ability to support center operations.

Positive, team-oriented attitude with great communication skills.

Willingness to learn state licensing and compliance requirements.

Your Role As a Leader

Oversee center operations including staff, families, enrollment, and quality standards.

Partner with parents to ensure the best care and educational outcomes.

Support teachers in implementing Creative Curriculum Guidelines and monthly themes.

Interact directly with children to support learning, play, and development.

Foster a collaborative and positive team culture.

Assist with staff evaluations, feedback, and training.

Maintain compliance with licensing and accreditation standards.
