Customer Success Manager

to lead and scale success efforts for its API offering. Role Overview

The Customer Success Manager will play a pivotal role in driving retention, adoption, and long-term value across Quartr’s API customer base. This is a strategic, hands-on position embedded early in the sales cycle and closely integrated with cross-functional teams. Key responsibilities

Owning and scaling the Customer Success function for Quartr’s API product Engaging with clients during pre-sales, onboarding, and post-sales Communicating feature updates and identifying new use cases Driving upsell and cross-sell opportunities Sharing client feedback with the product team to inform roadmap decisions Collaborating with Sales, Product, and Marketing Managing renewals and long-term client relationships Contributing to messaging, case studies, and client feedback loops Influencing KPIs including DMRR, NPS, DAU/MAU, GRR, and Churn Ideal Candidate Profile
