Base pay range $18.00/hr - $18.00/hr

Position Summary This position is on a rotation basis. The rotation exposes employees to new roles and knowledge. It encompasses various functions in the Warehouse. The position is trainable and shapes employees into more complex roles within Receiving, Order Selection, Bin Audit, and Quality Control.

Rotation Schedule Warehouse Associate II covers FC Picker, FC Receiver, Bin Audit Junior Receiver, and Quality Control.

Essential Job Functions

Work in various temperatures: freezer (-35), grocery, and cooler (30-40°F).

Stand for long hours (10 hours min.).

Lift and bend: 5-20 lbs constantly, 15-30 lbs frequently, 30-50 lbs occasionally.

Stand and walk 7-10 hours per day.

Work six days per week and sometimes a shift with over 12 hours.

Work a rotational schedule with mandatory overtime.

Understand HACCP, GMP, and OSHA guidelines.

Position Duties and Responsibilities

FC PICKER

Interpret instructions from WMS and RF devices efficiently.

Ensure compliance with GMP, HACCP, and OSHA regulations.

Identify produce accurately.

Operate warehouse equipment safely.

Maintain sanitation standards.

Report hazardous conditions.

Inspect stock items accurately.

Maintain merchandise in stock location.

Report damages to supervisor.

Pick at 100 cases per hour.

Operate warehouse equipment safely.

Work with Fresh Cuts Department to pick orders accurately.

Build pallets following GMP and HACCP Standards.

Arrive to work on time and consistently.

FC RECEIVER

Interpret instructions from WMS and RF devices accurately.

Understand GMP, HACCP, and OSHA regulations.

Receive finished product with Fresh Cuts Department.

Report shorts, damages, defects to receiving manager.

Understand LIFO or FIFO methodology.

Use pallet jack or stand-up forklift when needed.

Safely operate all warehouse equipment.

Understand warehouse layout to run product.

Locate items in warehouse according to PO and labels.

Communicate consistently and efficiently with Receiving team.

Handle and package product carefully and in sanitary manner.

Build pallets proactively to prevent product damage.

Arrive to work on time and consistently.

BIN AUDIT

Record physical count and state of inventory locations.

Interface and support IC teammates.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Learn location naming conventions within the facility.

Learn receiving/picking/replenishment processes.

Work well with others outside department.

Instruct other associates on proper system transactions.

Move parts/boxes/containers to complete physical counts.

Lift at least fifty pounds.

Safely operate all warehouse equipment.

Proactive communication with Sanitation regarding waste.

Follow all GMP and HACCP rules and regulations.

Arrive to work on time and consistently.

JR. RECEIVER

Use pallet jack or stand-up forklift when needed.

Learn extensive produce product knowledge: unload, sort, receive, inspect, accept inbound deliveries.

Safely operate all warehouse equipment.

Understand warehouse layout to run product.

Accurately place returned product in proper location according to labeling.

Communicate consistently with Returns team.

Handle and package product carefully and in sanitary manner.

Understand quality control procedure to inspect returned products.

Enter data accurately detailed.

Capable of assessing accuracy of goods received by matching merchandise to the PO.

Report shorts, damages, defects to receiving manager.

Understand LIFO or FIFO methodology.

Examine and compare merchandise with original requisition.

Arrive to work on time and consistently.

QUALITY CONTROL

Examine and compare merchandise with original requisition.

Enter return information into computer.

Learn extensive produce product knowledge.

Identify and report any item conditions discrepancies to QC Manager.

Maintain sanitation standards.

Capable of assessing accuracy of goods received by matching merchandise to PO.

Report shorts, damages, defects to receiving or QC manager.

Understand LIFO or FIFO methodology.

Safely operate all warehouse equipment.

Proactive communication with Sanitation regarding waste.

Follow all GMP and HACCP rules and regulations.

Arrive to work on time and consistently.
