We're looking for a
Contracts Coordinator
to support our Contracts and Legal departments. You'll process and manage contracts, reduce risk, ensure compliance, and contribute to our success and growth.

Contract Management - Reviewing, processing, and managing contracts with stakeholders, ensuring compliance. Document Collection & Management - Overseeing lifecycle of critical documents, including regulatory filings. Risk & Compliance Support - Managing liens, bonds, insurance, and regulatory requirements. Administrative & Organizational Support - Supporting Legal and Contracts Departments, maintaining SharePoint, tracking expenses, and assisting with documentation. Your Background:
What kind of person will thrive in this role? Required Qualifications:
3+ years experience in contract management, legal operations, or related administrative fields Experience coordinating documents, deadlines, and records Familiarity with insurance, licensing, or regulatory documentation Excellent communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office and document management platforms Preferred Qualifications:
Supporting a Legal or Contracts Department Knowledge of construction or building services industry Familiarity with lien and bond processes Cross-departmental experience Personality traits:

Compensation:
