Senior Project Manager- Site/Civil (Land Development) role at Tighe & Bond. Spearhead project management efforts for land development projects, overseeing multidisciplinary teams and nurturing client relationships. Develop and execute strategic business development plans to expand Tighe & Bond’s footprint in eastern Massachusetts. Identify potential projects, cultivate client relationships, and pursue new business opportunities in public and private sectors. Lead responses to requests for proposals (RFPs), preparing tailored project approaches, scopes, and fee estimates. Develop project plans, allocate resources, and establish timelines to ensure successful delivery. Serve as primary point of contact for clients, guiding project teams in design and implementation of land development projects. Oversee site design, civil engineering, and environmental permitting for regulatory compliance. Manage complex environmental and land use permitting processes (MEPA, Article 80, and other frameworks). Coordinate with regulatory agencies, stakeholders, and clients to secure permits and approvals. Mentor junior and mid-level staff, providing guidance in project management, technical design, and client service; foster a collaborative environment that supports professional development and technical excellence. Contribute to the strategic direction of Tighe & Bond’s land development practice by identifying market trends, opportunities, and innovative solutions to drive growth in New England. What You’ll Need

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Urban Planning, or related field Professional Engineer (PE) license or AICP certification Minimum of 20 years of experience in civil/site design, land development, or planning with a proven track record managing public and private sector projects in eastern Massachusetts Extensive experience in site design, environmental permitting, and regulatory compliance (MEPA and Article 80) Strong client development and relationship management skills to identify needs, propose solutions, and secure new business Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills; ability to communicate complex project information clearly to clients and stakeholders Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary project teams, manage budgets, and deliver projects within timelines and client expectations Experience mentoring junior and mid-level staff Experience preparing technical proposals, fee estimates, and project bids Preferred Requirements

Master’s degree in Civil Engineering, Urban Planning, Environmental Science, or related field Understanding of eastern Massachusetts land use policies, zoning, and development review processes Network of relationships with municipal planning boards, conservation commissions, and permitting authorities Experience on multidisciplinary projects involving transportation, utilities, stormwater, and landscape architecture Familiarity with GIS and site modeling tools (e.g., Civil 3D, HydroCAD) Active involvement in professional organizations (ACEC, MAPC, NAIOP, or ULI) Leadership in thought, conference presentations, articles, or industry panels LEED AP, ENV SP, or similar sustainability certification Your Financial And Wellness Benefits
